 Our client, a leading successful national insurance group who are well-respected for delivering quality products and a high standard of service to brokers, is currently seeking an experienced property claims professional to step into this newly created senior claims role and make it their own.
  Key Responsibilities 
 Manage a small portfolio of property claims to ensure accurate & efficient settlement
 Take ownership of all escalated disputes (both IDR & EDR)
 Expand and seek ways to improve their disputes process
 Mentoring staff
 Involvement in various transformation projects
 Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders internally and externally
 Working to AFCA and IFSO timeframes
 Handling of all AFCA submissions & challenge decisions if necessary
