Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Leverage industry expertise and an established network to drive business growth 
Manage high-value client relationships and deliver exceptional results 
Represent the Driven brand within the Dubai real estate market 
Mentor less experienced consultants and contribute to team success 
 Requirements  Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market 
Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a client-focused approach 
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai secondary market 
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms 
Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic are a plus) 
Self-motivated and capable of generating business independently 
 Preferred Qualifications  Real estate certification or relevant industry qualifications
