Job Description
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their property needs are understood and met effectively.
Prepare detailed property valuations and investment reports that reflect current market trends and forecasts.
Negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to regulatory compliance.
Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property consultancy is a must, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Proven track record in high-value transactions, with a portfolio reflecting successful client engagements.
