Senior Property Credit Analyst

Great opportunity for a dynamic property credit analyst to join this successful Private Credit firm.  Reporting into the Head of Credit, you will be tasked with assessing, structuring & approving of complex private mortage, construction loans, SMSF, and short term finance requirements ensuring portfolio quality & investor outcomes.   To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Possess a minimum of 7years exercising a credit approval authority across the Australian residential & commercial property with construction/development experience as well as with complex asset backed structures like mezzanine, second mortgage, caveat, short-term bridging
• Hold strong financial analysis on complex structures, cashflow modelling, scenario & sensititivty testing
