This is a growth hire within a well-established disputes practice, offering high-quality work, genuine responsibility and clear scope to contribute to the team’s continued development.

The role involves a broad mix of commercial and residential property disputes. Matters include landlord and tenant disputes (rent recovery, possession and forfeiture), enforcement of easements, rights of way and restrictive covenants, beneficial interest disputes, and Party Wall matters.
