The Role:

• End-to-end management of approximately 180 residential properties
• Full ownership of your portfolio 
• Strong landlord and tenant relationship management
• Arrears, rent reviews, and lease renewals
• Maintenance coordination with trusted contractors
• Routine, entry, and exit inspections
• QCAT matters when required
• Support from leasing & administration teams where applicable
