Senior Property Manager

Take ownership of a private Eastern Suburbs luxury portfolio, acting as landlord for the HNW family office across short- and long-term homes with trust and autonomy.

About the role

You’ll act as the landlord for a private portfolio of around 70 high-end Eastern Suburbs homes, managing short- and long-term rentals, coordinating external agents where needed, and ensuring properties are cared for to a premium standard.

Key responsibilities

• Act as landlord across a private luxury residential portfolio
• Oversee leasing, inspections, and tenant onboarding
• Manage short- and long-term rentals end to end
• Liaise with and oversee external short-term rental agents
