We are currently recruiting a Senior Property Manager to join our Nairobi team and play a key role in driving operational performance, stakeholder value, and strategic growth across our commercial portfolio.
Core Duties
Professionally Manage Property in line with Professional standards.
Budgeting and Financial Management.
Undertaking Fixed and CPI reviews on tenancies.
Debt and Income Collection.
Lease Management and Lease Renewal.
Ensure high standards in Property Maintenance.
Stakeholders Management.
Compliance with statutory regulations.
Liaising with and acting as the main point of contact for tenants, occupiers and contractors on maintenance issues and organising timely repairs.
