Senior Property Operations Manager

POSITION: SENIOR PROPERTY OPERATIONS MANAGER (BATANGAS - HAMILO COAST)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate with the Property management team, ensuring management directions are followed.
• Implement quality assurance measures on property/units for turnover
• Spearhead turnover of units for clients
• Oversee end-to-end property and estate operations, including facilities management, utilities, security, housekeeping, landscaping, traffic, and environmental services.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards aligned with resort and township requirements.
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and compliance with established standards across all properties and common areas.
