Job Description

The Senior Property Solicitor will be:* Acting as a senior legal advisor to key client stakeholders* Dealing with a wide range of asset management matters* Drafting and overseeing leases, licences, variations, and related agreements* Working on property portfolio management work* Working with legal / IT colleagues to deliver a seamless service* Managing complex caseloads efficiently and commercially* Providing clear, pragmatic advice aligned to client strategy
