Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Counselling and Psychotherapy Services

• Deliver individual, couple, and group counselling/psychotherapy in a competent and ethical manner to support clients’ mental health, well-being, and quality of life.
• Conduct psychological assessments and prepare comprehensive assessment reports.
• Develop and implement individualised intervention plans and provide case management support where appropriate.
• Prepare reports on counselling services, programmes outcomes, and service performance.
• Prepare and manage budgets, funding proposals and grant applications for counselling services and programmes.
• Develop, review and update policies, protocols and clinical standards to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of counselling services.
