What the Role Entails

• 负责新品东南亚核心市场的营销工作，包括整体营销策略制定，内容营销工作，创意 Campaign 策划与落地。
• 能够有效分析产品内核与玩法内核，筛选并明确目标用户、分析用户诉求、提炼核心卖点，并结合市场环境、产品阶段输出市场营销方案。
• 为各类事件、营销内容制定和规划执行效果目标，与核心业务指标关联，对产品的内容声量、传播效率、用户转化效率负责。
• 基于传播视角，与产品、社区、创意等团队配合，设计传播方案，推进游戏内外资源整合，落地执行。

Who We Look For

• 3年以上游戏营销或市场行业工作经验，有手游产品全周期发行经验，有东南亚港澳台市场营销...
