Senior Purchaser - Procurement

NECON is hiring Senior Purchasers in the areas of (1) IT, (2) Energy, Oil & Gas and (3) Telecommunications.
**Tasks and responsibility**:
- Ensure procurements in accordance with company guidelines, work instructions, and procedures, incl. managing risks, deviations and invoices.
- Create procurement strategies.
- Act as contact for commercial discussions with suppliers.
- Conduct negotiations and ensure procurements are carried out in a purposeful and cost-effective manner, ensuring continuous improvements to reduce internal & external risks and improve delivery quality and cooperation.
- Prepare necessary documentation, such as tender documents and contracts and issue inquiry documents for larger equipment and services.
- Maintain and update contract registers and provide guidance to the contract manager for existing contracts.
