Senior Purchasing Analyst (IT / ICT Solutions)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading technology solutions and services provider in Doha, Qatar. Our client is looking for a Senior Purchasing Analyst who will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end IT procurement activities, ensuring accurate financial control of contracts, invoices, and project budgets. This role plays a critical part in securing goods and services in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner, while adhering to organizational procurement policies and approved vendor agreements. The position supports IT operations by optimizing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring transparency and governance across procurement processes. 

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full lifecycle of IT procurement, including requisition review, quotation evaluation, internal approvals, coordination with the Contracts department, and issuance of contracts.
