Job Description

The Challenges


A. Sourcing, Negotiation Cost Control

  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials, parts, supplies and equipment following established purchasing procedures and optimizing price, delivery and terms.

  • Evaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are in line with the specifications required.

  • Take charge of operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery.

  • Responsible in negotiating for the best quality, price, terms and service with suppliers.

  • Build and develop relationships with suppliers.

  • Support QS Contract Team with quotations for tendering.

  • To control cost/expenses based on contract budget.

  • Overseas vendors – negotiate and prepare documents for custom clearance

  • Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs.

  • Maintain Purchasing files and records.<...
