JobSummary:
The STRIDES Morocco SeniorPurchasing Officersupports activities related to the procurement of materials,partsand equipment for the company.Submits andprocess espurchase orders as authorized following policies and procedures for the operation of procurement activities.Assistswith monitoring departmental costs,schedulesandperformancetoensureapprovalandpaymentoftransactionscompletion.Coordinates purchasing activities with other departments to maintain inventories at plannedlevels.
Accountabilities:
Prepares,maintains, and reviewspurchasingfiles,reportsand price lists forthe project.
Assistswith developing bidspecificationsand conducting competitive procurement processes in compliance with USG regulations.
Reviews requisition orders to verify accuracy,terminologyandspecifications.
