Job Description

                    Position: Senior Python Developer 
 Responsibilities: 
 Develop recruitment automation services for a global user base. 
 Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams. 
 Design and implement high-concurrency APIs. 
 Maintain ETL processes and message queues. 
 Drive automation for job posting and resume screening workflows. 
 Core Technology Stack: 
 Python 3.10+ / FastAPI 
 Celery 
 PostgreSQL 
 Redis 
 Docker / Kubernetes 
 Requirements: 
 3-5 years of Python development experience. 
 Proficient in object-oriented programming and testing. 
 Ability to independently optimize SQL queries. 
 Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment. 
 English proficiency sufficient for workplace communication. 
 Work Arrangement:
