Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary

The Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing automated testing strategies within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on upgrade and regression testing. The primary mission of this role is to ensure a seamless platform upgrade by owning the quality and stability of the ServiceNow environment through a robust, automated regression suite. This is a highly technical role requiring deep knowledge of ServiceNow's unique architecture and server-side scripting model. The specialist will design and maintain a robust automated regression suite, collaborate closely with developers and architects, and act as the technical owner of upgrade automation, driving continuous improvement in test automation practices across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
