Your role is to work within and help lead a multidisciplinary project team. You collaborate with other colleagues and support them in order to deliver a high-quality outcome – regardless of the size of the engagement – for the client and Method. You lead the Test Engineering team (with support from other domains and as needed from a Manager or Director) to deliver the best possible outcome for the client and Method. You are a key contributor, playing a central role in charting the project’s direction. You mentor junior and mid-level test engineers, helping these Test Engineers develop by providing advice, coaching, and growth opportunities.
