DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leadership and Team Management
   • Lead, mentor, and coach QA Analysts.
   • Assign tasks, manage workload, and ensure timely delivery of testing activities.
   • Conduct performance reviews and support professional development plans.
   • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
2. Quality Assurance & Testing
   • Define and enforce QA standards, methodologies, and best practices.
   • Execute functional, regression, integration, system, performance, load, and UAT testing.
   • Review and approve test cases and defect reports.
   • Perform bug analysis and recommend improvements to development team.
   • Monitor and ensure timely defect identification and resolution

   • Identify gaps in testing processes and recommend improvements.
