We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead QA and testing activities for COAT Contact Centre applications in a large banking environment.

The role is responsible for planning, overseeing, and governing end-to-end testing for new and modified systems, ensuring all changes are fully validated before production deployment.
