Job Description

 Senior QA Manual – ServiceNow (Training-Oriented Role) (Contractor, Remote, LATAM) 
This role is ideal for a strong QA professional with solid experience in manual testing within complex systems, who is willing to learn and grow into the ServiceNow platform.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality across end-to-end business workflows while progressively building ServiceNow-specific expertise. 

 Start date: ASAP
 Contract type: Contractor, Full-Time, Remote
 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST 


 What You'll Be Doing 
Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for enterprise applications. 
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing across complex workflows. 
Validate end-to-end business processes, including integrations and data flows.
