Senior QAQC Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who has relevant experience in quality control in manufacturing processes (metal, plastic, glass, mechatronics component and electrical component).

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure product compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Work with different functional teams (Procurement, Engineering, and Production) to drive continuous quality improvement.
• Liaise with the vendor on the product quality specifications and improvement actions in the event of material quality issues.
• Manage customer complaints, perform failure analysis, and propose improvement actions.
