Senior QS Engineer

E&R Builders and Management Services, Inc. (ERBMSI) is a company specializing in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying (QS) with Engineering and Design Consultancy Services in all construction related works which provide total engineering solutions and proactive hands-on approach to manage projects, infrastructure real estate developments and different facilities.

Currently looking for a Senior QS Engineer

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Supervise and manage works in progress to ensure that the Project complies with the approved budget;
• Review cost estimates regularly as the Project progress and updates the estimates as required;
• Verify all quantities involved in, but not limited to, the as-staked quantities, progress billings, final quantities, and related information.

Qualifications

• With at least 20 (twenty) years of experience as QS Engineer
• A Licensed Civil Engineer
