Lead QA/QE planning, execution, and reporting for E2E testing across Market Risk and Global Trade Desk technology platforms, handling complex upstream input dependencies across a diverse portfolio of business applications.

Develop and implement integrated QA strategies (manual/automated), ensuring sustainable, efficient QA processes and proper adherence to BMO’s SDLC standards.

Act as subject matter expert for market risk and trading application testing – translating regulatory, data, and business requirements into actionable test plans.

Champion best practices in test design, automation, regression, performance, and systems integration testing.
