Summary:

The Sr. Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Nurse is responsible for collecting, processing, and coordinating information and activities pertaining to quality and performance improvement for all clinical departments reporting to the Home Care Director. Responsible for achieving, reporting, and maintaining all regulatory and accreditation requirements in Home Care and other areas of responsibility as assigned. The Sr. Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Nurse will be responsible for monitoring, auditing, and educating on compliance standards as well as developing and maintaining action plans for any needed compliance correction.
