Senior Quality Assurance

Job Description
Responsible for Quality Assurance and Productivity Improvement in SPX Express Singapore
Act as the advisor for the core operations team. Identify areas of process improvements, standardization and compliance across the operation team.
Initiate and lead projects to achieve sustainable improvement of operational metrics.
Partner with the business Intelligence team to design, improve and track business KPIs ensuring that KPI are driving towards achieving the right culture and mindset in SPX Express Singapore.
Interface with Product management team for system enhancement requests, new features roll-out and implementation
Play a part in cross-functional projects as necessary
Requirements
Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines.
Professional experience in corporate and growth strategy, consulting or proven track record in managing complex operational teams, programs or projects.
