We are currently in search of a Senior Quality Complaint Engineer to join our Quality Management department of the Marquardt Group in our location Irapuato (Mexico).
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the timely response to the Customer, derived from logistical issues.
Monitor and maintain the Customer portals and ensure the correct filling of the information.
Follow up on the KPIs related to their area of responsibility and take the necessary actions to comply with them.
Ensure compliance with the requirements related to the position indicated in the IATF *****, ISO ***** and ISO ***** standards, specific customer requirements and the legal requirements of the area.
Actively participate in the processes of Continuous Improvement and root cause analysis.
