Senior Quality Engineer

Job Description:

• Conduct internal audits in compliance with AS9100, PART-21 Subpart G requirements, OR AS9110C and P-145 standards, following the internal audit schedule.
• Oversee the certification and authorization process for certifying staff (ARU) and technicians, inspectors, and signators (APU).
• Manage operator certifications, conduct operator audits, stamp register control, create a product authorization matrix, and oversee re-certification processes to enable training management.
• Encourage external audits from customers, certification bodies, and civil aviation authorities.
• Take part in and provide input for production readiness reviews.
• Conduct product audits in compliance with the relevant Manufacturing Inspection Files and Definition Files.
• Assist with and take part in the Material Review Board and Analysis and Decision Committee when it comes to product nonconformity.
