Our Financial Services Client is looking for a SeniorQuality Engineering Performance Engineer to support a large-scale Core Banking Integration and Migration Program. This role will focus on validating migration-scale system performance, ensuring the target core banking platform and downstream integrations remain stable, responsive, and scalable throughout all phases of migration and testing activities within a highly regulated banking environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in validating enterprise-wide migration performance across core banking systems, ETL processes, databases, and downstream applications. This individual will work closely with migration, reconciliation, and quality engineering teams to support mock rehearsals, phased migration testing, and production readiness activities.
