Senior Quant Trader

We're looking for an experienced Quant Trader to lead the development and execution of high-frequency, market-neutral strategies in decentralized crypto markets.
You'll own the full strategy lifecycle, from research and design to deployment and optimization, leveraging proprietary tools, infrastructure, and capital. This is a rare opportunity to apply traditional finance skills to the emerging world of on-chain trading.
Responsibilities
Design and implement low-latency, market-neutral strategies for DeFi markets.
Analyze blockchain/DEX data to identify trading opportunities.
Build real-time, automated systems that interact with smart contracts.
Use custom datasets and analytics to guide trading decisions.
Apply risk management to protect capital and optimize performance.
Collaborate with traders, engineers, and data scientists.
