About the Role

In this position, you will utilize quantitative techniques to analyze financial markets and develop trading strategies. Responsibilities include researching DeFi markets, protocols, and strategies, managing a significant portfolio, and conducting in-depth research on CeFi and DeFi markets and blockchain data. You will design and deploy algorithmic trading strategies to a production environment, expand automated trading to new products and venues, and optimize performance. Additionally, you will provide daily market sentiment reports, risk exposure, and P&L analysis, and conduct post-trade analysis to optimize trading strategies and mitigate risks.
