Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of assigned civil construction projects. This role ensures effective cost control, contract administration, procurement support and financial reporting to support successful project delivery in line with company objectives.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost planning, budgeting, cost control and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle

• Prepare and review valuations, payments and final accounts

• Administer contracts and handle variations claims

• Support procurement including subcontractor negotiations

• Monitor expenditures and prepare cost reports

• Coordinate with project teams and guide junior quantity surveyors



Qualifications & Requirements



• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
