Senior Quantity Surveyor

**Pre-Contract Management:**



+ Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify commercial and contractual risks.

+ Prepare and finalize contract agreements, RFPs, ITTs, addenda, and clarifications in line with WSP and client standards.

+ Conduct cost estimation, commercial analysis, and review subcontractor/supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.

+ Assess contractual risks and ensure compliance with company policies and client procedures.

+ Coordinate with engineering, design, finance, and legal teams to ensure completeness of tender submissions.

+ Participate in pre-tender meetings, clarifications, and negotiations with clients and consultants.

+ Support value engineering initiatives to optimize design and cost efficiency.



+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
