+ Manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reporting for large-scale roads, drainage, and utilities projects.
+ Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and oversee procurement.
+ Administer contracts, variations, claims, and payment certifications.
+ Provide commercial advice, value engineering input, and risk management support.
+ Liaise with Ashghal, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve commercial issues.
