The successful candidate will lead their discipline within multidisciplinary design and delivery teams, overseeing projects from initial conception through detailed design, tendering, and construction delivery on site. Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and in accordance with quality expectations. This role includes ensuring cost efficiency, preparing accurate budgets and estimates, and maintaining robust financial control throughout the entire project lifecycle.
