Overview

The Senior Quantity Surveyor role involves delivering comprehensive quantity surveying and cost management services across all phases of construction projects, with a particular focus on data centres and industrial developments. The successful candidate will prepare cost estimates, tender documentation, progress valuations, and manage contract administration and final account settlements.

Your role

• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans.
• Prepare tender documents, corrigenda, queries and clarifications.
• Evaluate tender submissions and make tender recommendation report for award.
• Prepare progress claims and valuations.
• Prepare cost reports.
• Assess variations.
• Contract administration.
• Assist in the settlement of construction disputes, loss, and expense claims.
• Prepare and agree final accounts.
