Role Summary:
Leading pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties across luxury refurbishment projects.

Prepare detailed cost plans, feasibility studies, bills of quantities, tender packs, and procurement documentation.

Develop and advise on procurement strategies and contract terms.

Manage valuations, interim payments, subcontractor payments, cost reporting, and cash flow forecasts.
