Senior Quantity Surveyor

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience as a QS/Estimator specifically working on Australian or New Zealand projects.
• Project Portfolio: Proven track record handling commercial buildings, high-rises, and large-scale structures.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software (e.g., CostX, Cubit, Bluebeam, or Buildsoft).
• Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with ANZ building codes, construction methods, and standard methods of measurement (like NPWC or ANZMM).
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate directly with Australian stakeholders and subcontractors.
