Senior Quantity Surveyor - (M&E/Electrical/Security)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for M&E, electrical, and security projects.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities based on project drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy in cost management and to deliver projects within budget.
• Analyze tender documents and specifications to identify project requirements and determine competitive pricing strategies.
• Manage and monitor project financials, including cash flow forecasts and expenditure reports.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors as needed.
