Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Quantity Surveyor / QS Engineer to support tendering and pre-contract commercial activities for construction projects. The role requires strong experience in digital quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, tender analysis and RFI management.
The successful candidate must be proficient in Plan Swift and Bluebeam and capable of extracting quantities from PDF drawings, AutoCAD drawings and BIM models. The candidate will work closely with the engineering and commercial teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and competitive tender submissions.
