Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying for civil engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of civil works, materials, and construction methods
• Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, cost control, and contract administration
• Experienced in preparing BOQs, tender documents, and payment certifications
• Familiar with construction drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards
• Proven experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software/tools
• Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with proven ability to lead and mentor a team
• Willing to conduct site visits as required
• Willing to be assigned to Gil Puyat, Pasay City
• Immediate availability preferred

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
