A.Responsibilities:

1. Follows up on the pre- and post-contract of projects assigned.
2. Prepares tender bid documents.
3. Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
4. Evaluate works progress at site (on going project) to do monthly claim.
5. Prepare all related document for monthly claim to client.
6. Assists in resolving contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
7. Co-ordinates the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and ensuring expenses within budget.
8. Assists to evaluate contractors and sub-contractors' bids and recommends awards for contracts as appropriate.
9. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that the budget is adhered to, while maintaining compliance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015
