Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our main building works contractor , responsible for pre-contract tendering and post-contract commercial management across building projects.

A. Key Responsibilities

• Lead tendering, estimating, and pricing for main building works
• Prepare and review build-up rates (labour, materials, plant, preliminaries, OHP)
• Cost planning, BQ preparation, and tender analysis
• Subcontractor procurement, comparison, negotiation, and award
• Manage post-contract QS functions including progress claims, valuations, variations, VO, and final accounts
• Cost control, budget management, and cash flow forecasting
• Commercial reporting and contract administration
• Liaise with clients, consultants, project managers, and site teams
