Job Summary:

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate estimates, cost control, and financial efficiency from pre-construction to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Lead cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering activities
• Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders
• Evaluate subcontractor claims, progress billings, and final accounts
• Provide accurate cost reports and forecasts to management
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements
