SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

IPS PRECAST SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Pontian Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for monthly progress claim submission to main contractors/clients.
• Evaluation and preparation of payment response for sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Assist in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ) for Contract Manager to build-cost precast work.
• Sourcing quotations for rates or technical data or cast-in materials, moulds or other special items as required per project.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tenders.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
