Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Contractor – NEC Contract

This leading residential contractor has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a live project in Hampshire.

Your contract as Senior Quantity Surveyor will start immediately and be for a period of up to 18months. You will work a hybrid role of being in their Hampshire office, the project and working from home.

The project you will lead commercially is new build residential development and consists of 46 houses and 60 apartments over 3 blocks. They have been on site for circa 12 months and have another 18months to run and the project is in good health and doing well.

For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will need NEC contract experience as well as residential contracting experience.  You will also have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification and may have a mix of contracting and developer experience.
