Right Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Singapore. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in the delivery of our construction projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project cost control and commercial management, ensuring the financial success of our developments.
What you'll be doing Preparing and analysing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents. Monitoring and controlling project budgets and expenditures. Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts. Providing expert cost and commercial advice to project managers and other stakeholders. Identifying and mitigating commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle. Preparing monthly financial reports and project valuations.
