SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities

• Follow up on pre‑ and post‑contract of assigned projects.
• Review work specifications, take‑off quantity, costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
• Evaluate works progress at site to produce monthly claims; prepare all related documents for claims.
• Assist in resolving contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure expenses within budget.
• Assist in evaluating contractors and sub‑contractors’ bids and recommend awards for contracts.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring budget adherence while maintaining compliance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015.
