Responsibilities

• Report to the Contracts Manager.
• Prepare tender submissions, manage progress claims, variations orders (VO), and finalise project accounts.
• Liaise and build good working relationships with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, and developers.
• Certify claims for subcontractors and suppliers for progress payments and account finalisation.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years’ relevant experience with contractors. Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior QS roles.
• Experience in Civil Engineering works is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, strong problem-solving skills, good team player, and able to meet tight deadlines.
